IPL 2014 Season 7 Winner – IPL season 7 is back in 2014 with its old format of robin round robin group stage, in which each of the 8 teams played a home match and an away match against every other team. These matches were followed by two semi-finals and a final. In the history of IPL it was the 2nd time while it hosted outside India this time IPL was hosted in United Arab Emirates (UAE) once again due to general election in India as Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde denied the provision of security the league demanded as it clashed with the 2014 general election. The opening 20 matches were held in the UAE at three different stadiums in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sharjah with the tournament returning to India on 2 May.
The Season 7 of IPL was held from 16 April 2014 to 1 June 2014 and the final match was played between Kolkata Knight Riders Vs King XI Punjab in which KKR defeated the KXI 3 wickets the final match was played at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium.
