LIC’s Bima Sakhi Yojana: Empowering Women Through Financial Independence

Stipend and Earnings

Participants in the scheme receive a fixed monthly stipend for the first three years, along with commissions earned from policy sales. The stipend structure is as follows:

  • First Year: ₹7,000 per month
  • Second Year: ₹6,000 per month (subject to at least 65% of policies completed in the first year remaining active)
  • Third Year: ₹5,000 per month (subject to at least 65% of policies completed in the second year remaining active)

In addition to the stipend, Bima Sakhis earn commissions based on the policies they sell, providing an opportunity for increased income through performance.

Step 4: Now select your state and select the city you want to work in.

Step 5: Next, select the branch office and finally click on ‘Submit Lead Form’.
